The RTG award will support each year up to 3 postdoctoral fellows, 5 graduate students, and 10 undergraduates. Funding through the RTG award is restricted to US Citizens, Nationals, and Permanent residents. Postdoctoral Fellows: We are presently seeking up to 3 postdoctoral fellows with research focus in the areas of mathematical modeling, scientific computation, and physical experimentation as applied to the fluid dynamics phenomena under study in the fluid dynamics laboratories in mathematics and physics. Job Ad Graduate Fellows: Each spring, fellowships will be assigned to strong graduate students participating in the program. The annual application process (each spring) will involve each potential graduate fellow submitting a detailed research plan. Undergraduate Fellows: we have up to 10 dedicated support lines each year for strong undergraduates to work on the research carried out within the scope of the RTG award.
